Orders
Pickup orders placed on this website are sent straight to our kitchen and are prepared for the pickup time shown at checkout. Please review your order before submitting. We may refuse or cancel an order if items are unavailable, if ordering is paused, or if we cannot complete the order — we will call you if that happens.
Prices and tax
Menu prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax unless stated otherwise; the applicable North Carolina sales tax is added at checkout. Prices may change without notice, and prices on delivery apps (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub) are set by those platforms and may differ from ours.
Payment
Pickup orders can be paid in store when you collect them, or online by card. Online card payments are processed securely by Square; we never see or store your card details. Promo codes and loyalty rewards apply to eligible orders and cannot be combined unless stated.
Delivery
Delivery is handled by third-party partners (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub). Orders placed through those platforms are subject to their own terms, prices and fees, and your website cart does not transfer to them.
Catering and large orders
Catering and large orders are confirmed only after our management contacts you by phone and agrees on the menu, quantity, time and price. A request submitted through the website is not a confirmed order.
Allergies and food
All of our food is prepared with 100% zabiha halal meat. Our kitchen handles common allergens; if you have a severe allergy, please tell us in the order notes and by phone — we will do our best but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free preparation.
