When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, order items and any notes you give us. If you look up past orders or use the loyalty program, we match them by the phone number you ordered with. If you contact us or request a catering quote, we keep the name, phone number and message you send. If you enable kitchen push notifications on a staff device, we store the device's notification subscription.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Square. Your card details are entered directly into Square's secure payment form and never pass through or get stored on our website. We only keep the payment status and a payment reference so we can match your order.
How we use your information
We use your details to prepare and hand off your order, contact you about it, honor loyalty rewards, follow up on catering requests and feedback, and keep required business records. We do not sell your personal information.
Storage and cookies
Your data is stored in our secured database with access limited to authorized staff. Your cart is saved in your own browser (local storage) so you don't lose it — it never leaves your device. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
